Microswitch operating principle: External mechanical force is applied to the reed by pressing pins, buttons, levers, rollers and other drive elements. When the action reed is moved to the critical point, instantaneous action occurs, so that the dynamic contact at the end of the action reed and the fixed contact is quickly connected or disconnected. When the force on the drive element is removed, a reverse action force occurs on the action reed. When the reverse travel of the drive element reaches the critical point of the reed action, the reverse action ends instantaneously. Microswitches have a small contact distance, short action stroke, small pressing force, and agile on-off. The action speed of the movable contact has nothing to do with the action speed of the transmission element.
